ANKOM XT15 Extractor

The ANKOM XT15 Extractor provides a solution for efficient and economical solvent extraction in fat/oil analysis. It is an automated instrument for Soxhlet type extractions in a closed system.  Fat ranges from 0% to 100% have been accurately determined using this procedure. The XT15’s low cost provides an affordable high-volume solution.

Filter Bag Technology simplifies handling and enables batch processing, allowing for the extraction of up to 15 samples at a time, 150 samples per day. The instrument’s 90°C temperatures accelerate extraction kinetics, reducing most extraction times to under 40 minutes. Automatic solvent recycling and activated charcoal filter eliminates the need for a vent hood and reduces costs.

If using solvents such as diethyl ether, please ask about required component upgrades.
